Professional Scrum Developer Training

In cooperation with Microsoft, Ken Schwaber, and Scrum.org, we have created the Professional Scrum Developer course, assessment, and certification. This program is for the most important and neglected role in Scrum: the Development Team. Attendees will be taught how to use modern development practices to develop an increment of completed, potentially-shippable functionality. They will do so while working within self-organizing, cross-functional teams, doing iterative, incremental development according to the rules of Scrum.
* 3 or 5 intense days of training and hands-on
* Team-based training - work as a Scrum team
* Use Visual Studio 2010 or 2012 ALM tools
* Work as a self-organizing/managing team
* Learn and use TDD, CI, and refactoring
* Learn new communication techniques
* Identify and eliminate team dysfunctions
* Improve your game of Scrum!
