Thank you for attending the workshop yesterday. You can find the presentation link below.
It was three hours of packed information (and a packed room). I believe we had around 90 people in the workshop.
The workshop focused on five primary topics:
- Scrum is popular (because it works)
- Scrumdamentals (the fundamentals of Scrum)
- Using Scrum
- Continuous Improvement
- Next Steps
As I mentioned, there are some good resources for you to bookmark:
- Scrum.org, including the Scrum Guide, and Twitter
- Ken Schwaber’s new book Software in 30 Days (which helps “sell” Scrum into an organization)
- Scrum Fails? blog post by Ken Schwaber
- A helpful YouTube video showing tips on running a Daily Scrum (by fellow Professional Scrum Trainer Adam Cogan)
- AgileBoise group (LinkedIn)
- Scrum discussion group (Yahoo)
- A funny YouTube video: I want to run an agile project
Thank you to Boise Code Camp and the Idaho Technology Council for supporting the workshop.
